Award-winning Executive Chef Paul Froggatt champions ingredients with a proudly local provenance, matched with a magnificent selection of fine wines. Food lovers can rejoice with a choice of two special dining offers: a three-course lunch menu with a glass of sparkling wine for $135 per person; or a five-course degustation dinner menu with pre-dinner drinks and canapés for $225 per person.

With over twenty hidden-away spots around the lodge – in an orchard, on the jetty or by the fire – available for private dining à deux or with an intimate gathering of family or friends, dining at Huka Lodge is a very special occasion.
