Award-winning Executive Chef Paul Froggatt champions ingredients with a proudly local provenance, which can be matched with a magnificent selection of wines. Food lovers can rejoice with a choice of two special dining offers: a three-course lunch menu with a glass of sparkling wine for $135 per person; or a five-course degustation dinner menu with pre-dinner drinks and canapés for $225 per person with wine pairing for an additional $95 per person.
